We had a fantastic 7-night stay at this Airbnb, and it truly exceeded our expectations. Our group of 7, along with our pets, felt completely at home. The house is spacious and well-maintained, offering plenty of room for everyone to relax and spread out. The hosts have thought of everything, from a fully stocked kitchen to multiple beach chairs— we had everything we needed and more. One of the highlights was the spacious deck. We spent so much time there, enjoying meals together and playing board games. It was the perfect spot to unwind after a day at the beach. The grill was a great bonus for evening BBQs, and the boogie boards and beach passes provided made our beach days even more enjoyable! The location was fantastic – just a short walk to both the beach and the bay, with great restaurants and shops nearby. The fenced-in patio was perfect for our pets, and even though the house is located behind another property, it still felt completely separate and private.

Our first trip to the Shore and this place was perfect for it. The boardwalk is within walking distance and/or a quick drive to drop off a group with gear. Sunset Beach near to the house provided a perfect alternative and stunning sunset views almost every night. We fell in love with the Shore and will be back again soon. Thanks Art.

Art and Angela’s place is great for a Seaside Heights vacation. The upper deck is really nice for morning coffee, alfresco dining, or a breezy nightcap. Comfortable beds, closet/dresser space, functional kitchens, and coastal decor set the tone for an easy beach trip. All the toiletries, supplies and beach badges are a nice touch. Having two living spaces was good for our group, giving the older kids a place to hang. The location is perfect providing private driveway parking. Ninja warrior playground is around the corner and great for a workout or play session. Bay beach with paddle boarding is so close and offers an amazing sunset. Close to everything! Art and Angela are very thoughtful hosts, providing clear communication and even sending us a gift card for our family to enjoy the boardwalk.

The place was exactly as advertised, centrally located in seaside with tons of options for walkable things to do. The home was pristine and everything functioned as it should and a huge plus was that while it was listed as having parking for 2. If smaller cars and hatchbacks are brought it can fit more than 2 cars. Parking was a breeze and easily navigated. Art went above and beyond having banana bread waiting on the kitchen table for us as well as entire book of things to do.

Our family had a great time! Loved the upstairs deck and the patio space outside. Bedrooms were a nice size and the beds were very comfortable! Having a refrigerator and kitchen set up on both floors was extremely convenient.

Our stay at the beach house was wonderful! The home was exactly as described—beautiful, clean, and full of charm. A true beach house feel in a perfect location, just a short walk to the boardwalk and beach. The block itself was lovely and quiet. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Beautiful house. Felt right at home. Spacious enough for 8 guest. Bedrooms were decent in size with closet space and a dresser. Spacious balcony, grill area downstairs. 2 kitchens, 2 baths, which was perfect and convenient for our guest. The host was extremely helpful and responsive whenever I had any questions. ( & I had a few lol). Towels, toiletries, soap, shampoo, conditioner, garbage bags & paper towels were provided ( helpful because these are things we sometimes forget ). Overall our experience was great and will definitely book again the next time we decide to stay in seaside.

We had a very comfortable stay at Art's place this MDW. It very spacious, clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. Our favorite spot is the backyard where we had our cookout, it was so private and has the perfect size for our group. Art and Angela was very friendly and accommodating. If we visit SSH in the future, will plan to stay at Art's again :)

Art and his wife are amazing hosts. They made my family feel at home by taking time to introduce themselves and prior to check in were super responsive and flexible. The place was absolutely a dream. Great for extended family or teenagers as both downstairs and upstairs featured a kitchen, full bathroom and common area. It was spotless. The upstairs had a great deck perfect for drinking coffee, sunbathing and reading. We were super close the the boardwalk which was fun for my son. We definitely hope to return!

Art’s place was fantastic. I needed to be out of our house because we were having work done and thought to go to the shore . I never could have imagined such a peaceful and comfortable trip. We were close enough to the boardwalk but far enough to have a relaxing time. The house was perfect we loved the cleanliness & decor. Art was a great host and we loved the banana bread. FIVE STARS! What an awesome time my family & I had at Art’s home. Art was very informative about what we needed to know for our stay and things to do in the area, and we were even left a special treat of some fresh banana bread! (It was amazing) The home was very clean, comfortable, and there was a lot of little details that made our stay so special. Some of which were private parking, comfortable beds & bedding, air-conditioning that kept us cool and comfortable, a nice deck with furniture to relax, and a grill to BBQ which we enjoyed a family dinner on. The home is very modern , beautifully decorated, and comfortable. We loved the use of the beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and the games provided. Also having 4 beach passes for us to use was such a win win! It really was a home away from home. And Art was very responsive to texts if needed. I’ve already asked to stay here again and I would highly recommend this home to others.

My family had such a great stay here!!! It was peaceful and quiet and still close enough to all the action to walk to just about everything. Art and his wife were outstanding. The place was exactly like the pictures. Art was there to meet us when we arrived and very responsive and helpful when contacted. Location is far enough away from all the loudness of the boardwalk but within walking distance to the bay and ocean. Husband and I had the upstairs and the two teenagers were downstairs so everyone had their own space. Would definitely go back.

We had a great week. Art was friendly, helpful and responsive from booking to checkout. The house is well equipped and the beach badges were a huge plus! The yard is private with brand new furniture. The house was beautiful and exactly as described in pictures. The sofa had a large pull out bed which came in handy in addition to the three bedrooms. The washer/dryer is shared with other units although it is directly connected to this unit. Great location to everything. Perfect family beach house. Definitely planning to stay again!

Arts place was great and he quickly responded to any questions we had. There were plenty of bedrooms to fit the whole family. There is a deck, a small yard area, and laundry on site as well. Being in walking distance from the beach and boardwalk was great.
