Front and Back House Together - If interested in renting the entire property (both houses, 7 bedrooms, 3 full baths) there is a 5% discount on the combined rent of the homes (4th of July week not included).

A $400 refundable security deposit will be collected

Pet Cleaning Fee (back house) - $115

All Rates include the cleaning fee and the 5% NJ Occupancy Tax

A 6.625% NJ sales tax will be added to the total

If the home is not returned to its original state, a cleaning fee of $185 may be added
