245 Fremont Short Term Rental Rules/Restrictions
  • Check-in 3PM       Check-out 10AM
  • No smoking or vaping in the house


  • The Back House is pet friendly with an additional cleaning fee. No pets without the hosts consent.


  • The minimum age to book is 25. Photo ID may be required at the time of booking or at check-in for age verification purposes.


  • No parties or events. This vacation house is located on a quiet block with family vacationers. If there is a party and/or an excessive amount of guests, you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund.


  • Booking Guest must occupy the house throughout the duration of the booking. Absolutely no subleasing.


  • Any person under 25 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times throughout the reservation.


  • Tenants agree to maintain the rental in good order and to surrender it in the same condition as received and as reasonable wear and tear.


  • Tenants agree to abide by the Borough's local laws and ordinances regarding noise/disturbing the peace, trash, recycling and underage drinking. Trash pickup is 7am Monday, Wednesday, Friday; Recyclables Tuesday.


  • Beach badges must be in home by check out time. They cannot be mailed, shipped, returned, etc. You are responsible for them and if lost you will be charged the amount for replacement.


  • There is a security deposit. You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.


APRIL 15-JUNE 30TH BOOKING RESTRICTIONS

As per Seaside Heights Ordinance #179 & 55-3

The Seaside Heights Borough has implemented special ordinances between April 15th and June 30th to deter and control the migration of intoxicated disorderly youth into our town. In keeping with our promotion of a family oriented beach rental surrounded by quiet owner occupied neighbors, and in support of ordinance #179 & 55-3, the following restrictions apply between April 15th - June 30th to groups with occupants under the age of 21.

  • NO PROMS, GRADUATIONS, EVENTS
  • Must be 25 or older to book
  • Occupants under 21 must have at least 1 parent occupying the property at all times
  • Booking parent must be residing in the rental during the rental period.
  • If a group arrives without a parent or legal guardian, the stay will be terminated with no refund.
  • To comply with local laws, you may be asked to provide your age, the ages of all guests staying with you, the purpose of your stay and a valid government-issued photo ID at booking, before arrival, or during check-in. This information is used only for verification and screening and is not stored or used for any other purpose. By requesting to book, you confirm that you are 25 or older, will be present for the entire stay, are not booking for someone else, have read and agree to all house rules and you may be asked to provide photo ID for verification.
    No Exceptions: Reservations during this time period cannot have outside guests.
    Any group rental with additional unauthorized guests will be denied access and forfeit any monies paid.
    Maximum occupancy is 2 guests per bedroom
